For the president, “the elections would be extremely negative
Cavaco Silva is needed to be a medium-term agreement between PSD, PS and CDS, since, according to the same, “it takes a commitment to national salvation”, reveals the communication made to the country.
To the President of the Republic, “this crisis is different from all the crises that occurred in the past,” adding that it was surprised by the political crisis last week and remember that the effects were felt immediately.
But away from the scene of early elections, saying that meeting them revealed that “the sacrifices the Portuguese would be in vain,” since in the opinion of Cavaco Silva “elections in the current scenario would be extremely negative.”
According to the president, if there were elections would be difficult to complete on time the financial aid program.
