The tallest building in the world to be built in just 90 days

A construction company in China has taken upon themselves an ambitious project to dethrone the Dubai Khalifa Burj building which is currently the tallest building in the world.


 If completed on time, the Broad Group 'Sky City One, "the tower of 2750 feet will have taken only one twentieth of the time it took to build the Burj building in Dubai.

The secret of super fast speed of construction is prefabrication, the news media reported.

Approximately 95 percent of the building has already been drawn up by the time workers break ground on the construction site. The architectural firm has already demonstrated its broad concept of sustainable construction through the construction of 15 floors of the New Ark Hotel, located in Changsha, China, built in just a week.

They also built a demonstration flag six stories high in just one day. Broad is confident that its
concept can be applied to Sky City One have already built a prototype of 30 floors able to withstand an earthquake with a magnitude of nine on the Richter scale.

City Sky One will be 10,800,000 square meters in 220 floors, all linked by 104 elevators. Citing sustainable methods of design, CEO Zhang Yue said that the building will use only one-fifth of the energy of a conventional skyscraper of its size.

The projected cost of the skyscraper is 628 million dollars compared with 1.5 billion dollars for the Khlifia Burj building in Dubai.
