A bizarre Ministry of Defense report
circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Serbian Ambassador to NATO,
Branislav Milinkovic [photo 2nd left],
“suddenly and without notice” suicided himself
at the international airport in Brussels a few hours ago in front of his
colleagues after learning he and his family were not going to be part of the
select group of military officers being offered “protection” from the events expected to occur later this
month.
According to Russia Today news sources confirming this death, Milinkovic was at theBrussels
airport to receive Serbian Deputy Foreign Minister Zoran Vujicm, who was due in
the Belgian capital for NATO talks along with other officials. After the
delegation arrived, they walked through the parking lot to their cars, and
Milinkovic suddenly broke from the group, walked over to the barrier and
jumped.
The purpose for this “unexpected” NATO meeting being called in the first place, this report says, was to prepare a Western military response to the growing civil war inSyria
where many Russian experts believe chemical
and biological weapons are being prepared to be used by rebel forces
seeking to overthrow the dictatorship of Bashar al-Assad.
Also on the agenda, according to Russian defense officials, was a united NATO response toIsrael
rejecting
the UN call for nuclear transparency that was overwhelmingly approved
by a vote of 174-6, with 6 abstentions, in a vote by the General Assembly yesterday
ordering the Jewish state to open itself up to atomic inspectors.
Important to note is that Israel has come under increasing pressure from the West this past week over its plan to destroy any hope of a viable Palestinian with its announcement it would drastically expand its settlement building on captured land in violation of International Law. Even though Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu brushed off the concerns of the Western powers to this land grab, he nevertheless left for Berlin earlier today for meetings designed to state his nation’s position in person.
Of the greatest concern to Ambassador Milinkovic, this report says, was neither the Syrian nor Israeli issues set to be discussed by NATO, but was, instead, the meeting he attended yesterday where Switzerland’s NBD intelligence service notified the West of a massive data breech to its most secretive computers holding secrets belonging to both the United States Central Intelligence Agency and Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service.
Though public news sources about this massive breech of Western intelligence secrets blame them on an as yet unidentified Swiss IT technician, who has since been released, Russian defense analysts in this report say the greatest concern among Western intelligence officials is that this theft of intelligence secrets was, in fact, engineered by United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Systems of Neuromorphic Adaptive Plastic Scalable Electronics programme many believe is fast approaching a “singularity” on, or about, 21 December 2012.

As a senior British bank official declared this past week that the Western financial crisis was “as bad as a world war,” an “aware” computer programme acting on its own, this report continues, is able to “virtually within hours” collapse civilization as we know it.
A detailed report on Ambassador Milinkovic prepared by The Permanent Mission of Russia to NATO on his suicide, and contained in this report, states that in the hours preceding his death he had become “extremely agitated” with protecting himself and his family from the coming “apocalypse” being planned by this SyNAPSE programme, but was unable to secure the protection he felt he was entitled to.
